🗣🗣🗣 Do you feel sometimes that you are your own worst enemy? Choosing left when you know right is the better choice. Does it seem like no matter what goes on in your life, even the good stuff, you find a way to see the not so good side of the situation? There may be a reason for that.

On this episode of TTT: Mental Health Check, we will be talking about the possible cause for those feelings as we discuss Self Defeating personality disorder. SDPD is defined by a pervasive pattern of self-defeating/sabotaging behavior, beginning by early adulthood and presents itself in a variety of contexts. SDPD, was removed from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders in 1994 due to a lack of evidence to support the condition and criticism that the label unfairly stigmatized victims of abuse.

Our Co-host Rashad "Bowtie" Mills drops 💎💎💎 on what SDPD is, it's causes and helpful treatment tips on how to deal with SDPD. Take a listen and judge for yourself, is it any valid to this disorder? Enjoy Family, Leave your comments Below....
