On March 25, 2000 a woman drove her car with four children onto the wrong way of State Hwy 67 in Morgan County, Indiana. After driving into traffic at a speed of close to 100 MPH for 87 seconds she collided head on with a van occupied by an adult and three children. The resulting collision claimed the lives of 7 of the 9 involved. Only the driver of the wrong way car and one child in the opposite vehicle survived.
