The Holidays can be triggering!
- The death of a loved one and attempting to gather together at thanksgiving yet to remember certain family members are no longer here IS TRIGGERING!
- Being geographically separated away from family and friends causing you to celebrate alone IS TRIGGERING!
- Unrealistic expectations for the holiday IS TRIGGERING!
- Gathering around certain loved ones but you dread the political arguments, the sports debates, or someone bringing up your past and reminding you of who you were before Jesus came into your life IS TRIGGERING
- LACK OF FINANCES TO PULL OFF A “GOOD-THANKSGIVING BY HOLLYWOOD STANDARDS” IS TRIGGERING!
The Holidays can be triggering,- and if we’re not careful those triggers can cause us to spiral to a deep depression, a state of loneliness or worse!
It’s reported that around this holiday, 36% of Americans said they suffer from serious loneliness.
Listen in as we look into "the playbook" to see what our Heavenly Father instructs us to do about this.
