Description

Dr. Paul Henning PhD is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army with over 17 years of experience in leadership and management. Most of his work in the Army has been in enhancing Warfighter health and performance through biomedical research, particularly in exercise physiology and nutrition. Paul has had the pleasure of working with some of the Army's finest Soldiers, Rangers, and Special Forces and contributed to finding solutions to enhance everyday life of America's finest warfighters.

Paul is a huge family man and loves family life. He is a dad (3 girls, 1 boy) and husband and really enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family. Staying healthy and fit is extremely important to him and has been all his life. He thinks it's crucial to lead by example and continue to show up for his wife and children as the best version of himself! Paul believes that being healthy in mind and body leads to greater confidence, productivity and a more fulfilling life. He owns and operates his own remote body transformation business where he teaches people struggling with getting their ideal fitness results how to easily implement science-based concepts to make their transformation enjoyable, get results, and learn how to keep them permanently.
