Biden's second Oval Office address to Americans was little more than a notification of his plans to spend billions more in funding for Ukraine and "a little money" for Israel. Another American has been arrested in Russia for "supposedly" being a spy who should have applied to Russia to be known as a "Registered Foreign Agent."
