Ukraine's President issued an offer to Russian soldiers, of all people! He told them if they surrender to his forces they will be treated humanely and will be allowed to walk away regardless of their being in Ukraine fighting against Zelensky's people. The war in Ukraine goes on and it's not looking good for Vladimir Putin. How much longer can they last? Pres. Biden is blaming everything and everybody -- but himself -- for EVERY problem the U.S. and its citizens, especially inflation and high fuel costs.
