Vladimir Putin and his massive army expected to destroy Ukraine "within the first 18 hours of entering the country." Here we are on day Six, and Ukraine remains a sovereign country! Putin grossly overestimated his capabilities and that of his military. He certainly UNDERESTIMATED the Ukrainian people! U.S. Rep.
