Part of what that entails is painting conservatives -- ALL conservatives as racist and led by white supremacists. Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) takes issue with Treasury Secretary's racist testimony in which she claimed "if" the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, it will be a racist act against poor black women.
