Cynthia speaks to alumni Alfredo Zuany (class of '98), and hears his insight into what it was like being part of STARS (Services For Transfer and Re-Entry Students) and EOP (Educational Opportunity Programs) as a disabled transfer student. Cynthia shares with him how those programs have expanded and what they offer now compared to when he was a student at UCSC.
