In episode 3 I talk about how habits are not only in the brain, but also in the body.
Which is where the impulsive feelings to continue a habit come from, even when we become aware of the habit. I give some practice steps on visualisation, and rehearsing the feelings you would rather be feeling.
So dive in, and take note. Work hard on applying this new activity so you can overcome the levels of habits that take form within the body.
