Claudia has grown tired of her life with Daddy Lou and Uncle Les, and longs for something greater, while also pining for a normal life she'll never have. Louis and Lestat lead a life without their daughter, as she runs away to find something better. In the present, Daniel finds a diary with the last words of all of Claudia's victims.
