Today I sat down with Kevin Hutchens, owner of Pineland Home Inspections. As a young entrepreneur, Kevin gives some incredible insight on his journey from his engineering background, coupled with his slow entrance into the real estate investing industry. Real estate agency wasn't for him, but helping those who are buying real estate certainly was! Now a successful home inspector, he is one of the youngest of his kind, making waves in the home inspection space and setting the tone for what inspections should look like. Kevin adds some interesting information regarding his future plans for a company he is just starting out, which in my estimation will revolutionize the way homeowners go about keeping up with their homes maintenance, along with helping to ensure that resale value is maximized!
