Brad (age 24) is having a breakout season and has one of the lowest ERAs in all of minor league baseball (2.11 ERA in 111 IP). He recently was moved into the Nationals "Top 30 prospects" list and is currenty at Triple-A in Rochester. Topics discussed include:
