In this episode, Matt and John catch up with Daniel Cantu. Daniel played at USF from 2019-2023 as a 1B/OF. During the 2021 season, Daniel helped the Bulls win their first conference tournament championship since 1995 and he was named the Most Outstanding Player of that tournament. He also helped the Bulls make it to the school’s first ever Super-Regional that year. He had 1 year of baseball eligibility left (due to COVID) after he graduated from USF in 2023 with a degree in Health Sciences and decided to take his talents to Tallahassee for a 1 year stint with FSU.
