The West Coast Express commuter train between Mission and Vancouver remains out-of-service Friday even though the lockout is over at Canada’s two largest rail companies. TransLink has been providing additional bus service to riders during the labour dispute. About 3,000 commuters take the West Coast Express on weekdays.
