Premier David Eby has announced ICBC rebates of $110 for holders of close to 3.6 million auto insurance policies. Those rebates will apply to both personal and commercial ICBC policy holders and come as the insurance corporation claims it’s had a strong financial performance. Basic insurance rates will remain the same until March 31, 2026.
