Vancouver Coastal Health’s testing has revealed E.coli levels 55 times greater than the number that would trigger an investigation. Sewage began leaking into False Creek early Thursday morning after a pipe broke near Olympic Village. Dragon boat competitions went ahead over the weekend after event organizers were reassured the water was safe.
