Prime Minister Mark Carney and U.S. President Donald Trump have had a phone chat and agreed to meet sometime in the near future. That word comes after Carney’s Liberals won a minority government Monday night. Trump’s round of trade tariffs and threat to make Canada the 51st U.S. state have soured relations over the past several months.
