Premier David Eby says British Columbians should rethink their American vacations now that Donald Trump appears poised to slap that 25 per cent tariff on Canadian goods as early as February 1. Eby is also not ruling out banning the sale of American wine in B.C. liquor stores, stopping U.S. companies from bidding on infrastructure projects and slapping new charges on truckers crossing the border to head up to Alaska. BC Conservative Leader John Rustad accuses Eby of being focused on framing Trump as a political enemy.
