Former B.C. Premier John Horgan has been diagnosed with cancer for a third time. Horgan has taken a leave from his new post as Canada’s ambassador to Germany. Details about this latest diagnosis have not been released. Horgan has already battled bladder cancer and more recently, throat cancer.
