Description

In 2012, as the Boko Haram crisis thickened in Maiduguri, Borno State, the local market took a downturn. And so, Alhaji Modu, 40, decided to travel down to Lagos, in southern Nigeria, with hopes of tapping the higher demand for farm produce. He left behind a wife, daughter, and several loved ones. Ten years later, he has not returned home.
