On this weeks solo episode we are leaning into the social norm of creating New Year's resolutions. There's nothing wrong with capitalizing on a surge of motivation, so let's set the goals, but let's do so in a way that we can actually get a win instead of feeling like whatever we set the intention to do eventually fades away.
