On this episode I wanted to walk you through one of the major pillars of self love. One that a lot of the time we don't even correlate to self love and one that we may not realize just how much we may lack. I start the episode by explaining what self trust truly is, because my philosophy is if you aren't 100% clear on what it is it's going to make it that much harder to attain it. I then elaborate on several of the most common ways we can lose our own trust to help bring awareness to all the areas you may be causing or have caused your own distrust with out even realizing it.
