Ronnie Martinez (previously Johnson), is a former University of Miami Hurricane who is living in Delray Beach, FL. On today’s episode, Ronnie talks about her decision to hang up her cleats and pursue a new dream. She speaks to the connections that she made during college and how those connections have landed her at her dream job. Even though athletics is over for us, the mindset that comes with being an athlete is all we know and we bond about how we still carry that into our lives today. Finally, Ronnie shares how valuable tangible goals are and how these goals can propel us into something greater, so we never really “peak”, but rather just keep going up.
