Ricardo "Richard" Leyva Ramirez aka The Night Stalker was an American serial killer from El Paso, TX that moved to California and began assaulting, burglarizing and murdering citizens throughout California between June 1984 and August 1985. In part one of this chilling tale, we take you back to the tragic early life of Ramirez and the terrifying stories of just several of his murders and what happened.
