Gideon Maki and Elizabeth Varnado from Lexington based indie folk/rock group Lylak join the program to talk about their new single "HRU," how parenthood has impacted their outlooks on music, the process of coming up with a good band name, and more ahead of their show at The Burl on April 13 with Wayne Graham and Lylak.
Additionally, the duo also perform three songs — "HRU," "Land Lines,' and "Avatar" — acoustic style from the Hound FM studio.
