Description

What a guest I have for you this week, Russ Cook (otherwise known as Hardest Geeza) joins me to talk about how he completes his endurance runs. Starting on the 16th April 2023, Russ’s goal is to become the first person ever to run the full length of Africa. The 25-year-old will run for eight months across the continent through 16 countries and will brave the Sahara Desert, Congo rainforest and Namibian desert. In 2020, Russ ran 26 miles down Worthing coastline while pulling a 730kg Suzuki Alto, breaking the world record for the fastest marathon run while pulling a car with a time of nine hours and 56 minutes. Having rowed the Atlantic Ocean, it’s no secret I love a challenge myself so naturally Russ and I had a great chat.
