In a world where monsters of all sizes thrive, Frankenstein's monster (Frank), faces an unexpected catastrophe when he wakes up after a bender and finds that his most treasured possession - his private - is gone. Distraught and determined to recover what is lost, Frank enlists the help of his closest friend, Jackie, a well read and protective gal with a troublesome split-personality that she works desperately to keep under wraps.
Together, Frank and Jackie embark on a frenzied adventure through the swarming streets of their city, St. Fiend. As they retrace Frank's last remembered steps, they discover that the journey to reunite Frank with his lost member may not be as simple as they once thought. They uncover information that if they do not succeed in a timely manner, the whole city could be in grave danger. Will Frank and Jackie succeed in their quest to reclaim what was lost?
