The Fourth Annual North Carolina Black Law Enforcement Symposium will be held in Durham this week. Durham County Sheriff Clarence Birkhead will welcomes dozens of law enforcement officers from across the state with the keynote address set for later this morning. Birkhead joined Jeff Hamlin on Wednesday.
