On Tuesday, Congressman Wiley Nickel introduced the Fair and Impartial Redistricting for Meaningful and Accountable Political Systems (FAIR MAPS) Act. The FAIR MAPS Act would combat partisan gerrymandering by establishing independent, non-partisan redistricting commissions in every state.
