The personal onion gets peeled back a little in a yet another unplanned, unscripted recording. I'm sharing in the name of bringing the ethereal mental health awareness effort into the real. People, people you know, are struggling with problems bigger than they know. What are the problems? From whence did they come? And how can we promote mental health, instead of battling mental instability?
