For three and a half years, our country's southern border has been virtually non existent. As with any lapse in enforcing the rule of law, criminals take full advantage of this opportunity in every way possible. This includes the trafficking and exploitation of untold numbers of children. Over 80,000 of these children, whom we know have entered the United States, are unaccounted for.
