To achieve results you've never achieved, you need to sweat out and complete tasks that make you uncomfortable.

  2. Aim for smaller goals when you begin
  3. Identify the source of your comfort zone
  4. Try methods that you’re comfortable with first
  5. Get an accountability partner
  6. Reduce overthinking
