
I have so many friends that make resolutions to start an exercise program or kick that bad habit.
You know what happens?
They start making excuses 3 days in
Or
Their bad habit is back by February.
It has happened to me too. I wish it wasn’t true but it is.
That’s why I decided resolutions are overrated. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. To me, insanity and resolutions go hand in hand, which is why I am going to tell you to stop making resolutions and start making deadlines.
