Description

Today I have the pleasure of being joined by an inspiring young leader who understands better than most the challenges millennials face when taking on a leadership role for the first time in their professional careers. Emily Monteleone is a Program Manager at Cleveland Clinic's Taussig Cancer Institute, where she oversees the Cancer Programming efforts in creating the multidisciplinary cancer programs for breast, colorectal and upper gastrointestinal cancers, such as pancreatic and liver cancer. Emily is a member of the Executive Board for GOAL, Cleveland Clinic's Group of Aspiring Leaders and is also a graduate of the inaugural class of the Emerging Leaders Program at the Cleveland Clinic. Emily spends her free time working with Cleveland area non-profits, such as Gigi's Playhouse and Engage! Cleveland. For perspective, the Cleveland Clinic has been ranked one of the top 5 hospitals in the country.
