I'm talking about a founder who has directly impacted my daily work life. That's right, I cornered the CEO of my own company and convinced him to join me for an interview.
Gerard Daher founded Speedeon Data back in 2008, right in the midst of the financial crisis. He has successfully taken the company from a startup, to a multi-million dollar data marketing agency.
My motivation in bringing Gerard on the show was pretty straight forward. I really respect the company he's built, and wanted to learn how he did it. Also, knowing Gerard as well as I do, I knew that he would have some great lessons and stories to share with us.
