It's so easy to be caught up in what we should be doing that we forget to check in with what we actually want to do!
Don't be afraid to make changes. If something is bubbling up inside you that is leading towards change - trust it!
When we resist the change we hand our power over to the external world! We are controlled by a desire to please others, avoid judgments and to not trigger people
BUT when you lean back into your power and follow your guidance what you feared the most fades away and on the other side I'd the most incredible rebirth that leads to opportunities, breakthroughs and new levels of success, wealth and happiness.
