This week we get in the dojo with Bill Faris. Bill is a very gifted and experienced Christian counsellor. Bill holds a Bachelors in Theology and Masters in Pastoral Counseling. Bill has seen and heard it all over his many years as a counseling professional. In this interview, he shares many of the insights he has gained over the years and talks to us through ways of handling the pressures on ministry. Bill also serves as the Vice President of Flourishing Leaders, a ministry dedicated to the well-being of pastors and other Christian leaders.
