God redeemed Andy Foster's life behind bars and called him to prison ministry unlike any other. God's vision would indeed be followed by His provision. As founder of Inspiration Ministries, Andy has partnered with local churches, probation, parole, community corrections, and local job placement services, in an effort to transition, transform, and train mean and women in DeKalb, Noble, and Steuben Counties. Andy's amazing story of restoration has been used by God to bring His restoration to others.
