Description

Here in the States, we celebrate Thanksgiving. A time for each of us to remember how thankful we are for family, friends, health, wealth, love, and life.
This Thanksgiving will surely be different with limitations due to the COVID pandemic, but we can all still be grateful for what we do have and what we can do despite the pressures we may feel from sickness, separation, or even solitude.
A great way to acknowledge and recognize gratitude is through the Three Good Things exercise.
