In this episode, Jenard interviews former Major League Baseball player C.J. Beatty; they discuss how to find your "Why", and understanding timing and positioning, tasting success, seeing the big picture, and a host of other topics! In the 2009 Major League Baseball draft C.J. was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals. During the MLB's 2014-15 he played for the  Chicago White Sox organization. After playing 7 years of pro ball, he was hired by the St. Louis Cardinals as a professional scout and assistant hitting coach. He is currently is an international speaker and business coach that specializes in teaching leadership, goal setting, and critical thinking. He also is a national recording artist
