This past Christmas, I thought I would gift something more impactful to my mom and MIL: the gift of strength. In this episode, I'm covering how this came about, how the first session went, and the often overlooked value of support when learning something new or navigating challenging things. I also share how I'm approaching their programming with the nuances of injury and mobility considerations.
