There are SO many books about habits, and I can say over the years I've read many of them.  Everything from a 21-day to a 28-day to a 30-day habit changing guide - some stick, some don't.  So, what causes a habit to stick? I believe it's when you are truly sick and tired of being sick and tired of a habit that does not serve you well.  This can be personal and professional. Today we discuss both!
