Wes continues to share his personal journey in the food and wine industry and in particular what it was like to work alongside Chef Thomas Keller of the French Laundry and Bob Levy, Winemaker for Harlan Estate, both iconic in their own rights.

Wes also shares what it means to be the Winemaker for Correlation Wine Company, a brand that Wes and his wife created back in 2017 and where he see's this brand going in the years to come.
