In this episode of the Hello Lovely Podcast, we talk about a simple shift that can completely change how you experience your goals.

Many people set goals and then spend time wondering if they will actually happen. That question — “Is this going to work?” — often goes unanswered. When that happens, your brain stays focused on doubt, which can lead to feeling stuck or wanting to stop altogether.

In this episode, we look at a different approach: viewing your goals as done.

When you decide your goal is as good as done, your focus changes. Instead of questioning the outcome, your mind shifts to the next step. You’re not waiting for proof — you’ve already decided. This creates a sense of clarity and allows you to stay engaged in the process.

Viewing your goal as done doesn’t mean everything feels easy. It means you are committed. You take action, evaluate what happens, and continue moving forward. Instead of being critical, you become curious. You start to look at your progress as information — what worked, what didn’t, and what you want to adjust.

This shift also changes how you handle challenges. When something doesn’t go as planned, it doesn’t mean the goal isn’t possible. It simply becomes part of the process of refining your approach.

Confidence and certainty come from decisions. When you decide your result is happening, you give your brain direction. That’s when new ideas, solutions, and opportunities begin to show up.

As you move toward your goals, you will feel different emotions along the way. That’s normal. The key is returning to your decision and continuing forward.

When you view your goals as done, you stay focused, take consistent action, and create results from a place of clarity and confidence.
