A year ago, a fresh faced happy 18 year old's life was cut short by tragedy. Leigh, a 2011 New Albany High School graduate on her way to The Ohio State University to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse was murdered at her home August 2011 by her boyfriend Juvon Williams.
Last year, we had the priviledge of speaking to her parents, Celeste LaCour Belyn and Terri Bob (Founder of The Ark Band) about the incident. This year, we follow up to assess how they've coped, only to realize that while this tragedy has inspired a new sense of purpose in both their lives, the pain of such a loss still runs tremendously deep even now.
