Today on the podcast we are talking about how we take care of ourselves- especially when things are feeling really heavy and hard.
There is a lot of information and talk about self-care and all the different ways one can promote self-care in your life. From self-care practices that are indulgent and luxurious to self-care practices that helps us protect our energy and our boundaries.
But what about community care? The type of care that comes from being in relationship with others? This is not a new idea or novel concept- since the beginning of time human beings have engaged in community care.
So how do we bring this age old way of living into our lives today? This is what we are talking about on the podcast.
