As a global community we are experiencing stress on some level.
And as individuals we have our own circumstances that can contribute to our feelings of stress.
The thing is this- stress in and of itself is not a new.
As long as humans walked the earth, there has been stress.
Though the reasons differed based on the age and times.
Most of us when we hear the word stress- it's thought of as a negative and something we need to fix.
On today's episode I am going to talk about we can make stress our teacher instead of our burden.
We can then leverage this to make decisions that are coming from awareness instead of fear.
