Today's Promise: John 1:14
John gives two important promises about Jesus.
First, He was the God who became flesh. The creator God stepped into His creation. He took on our form and walked among us and experienced our world.
Second, Jesus was all God and all man. Jesus is completely unique. He was all God and all man wrapped up in one body. Jesus is the great God-man.
Because Jesus walked on this earth, you can know He understands your weaknesses and struggles. You don't have to "try" and reach up to God; He has come down to you.
