There is no avoiding physical death. We may fight against it by eating healthy, going to the gym, and getting regular checkups, but end the end, we all face physical death.
You have hope today that even though you may die physically, it's just a temporary experience. You will wake up in the presence of Christ to spend eternity with Him.
